The only reason the building remained standing was that the bomb ignited 1800 feet directly above the dome and the explosive wave moved outward from the center.

An amazing place to ponder the future of the human race which could end with the press of a few buttons.

Every day, we worry about the small things in life. What do you think the survivors of this bomb worried about in the days following August 26th?

MAY PEACE BE WITH US ALL

So, you’ve found my little place on the internet… Hopefully, you will see value in visiting often as there will be new material posted all of the time. For those of you who do not know me, my name is Jim Graham.

I’ve been in the off-line business world for over 27 years. I caught the “Car Wash” bug in 1988 and built, owned, and operated for over 10 years one of the largest auto-care facilities in the US. With 100 full-time empolyees and 500 to 1,000 w-2′s issued every year, you can just imagine the time commitment this business required. What I expected to be a “show up and count the cash” type of business was actually a 6:00am – 8:00pm, six day a week, hang on for the ride. It took a couple of years to get it all figured out and then the business was manageable. My daily focus was how to get more traffic off the street and into my car wash. I sold my car wash in 1998 and stayed in the carwash industry helping car wash operators to be more profitable. At the same time I was washing cars, I was watching friends of mine jumping into Internet businesses and having far more time and fewer responsibilities than I could imagine.

I was a “Power Seller” with eBay and have sold 10′s of thousands of dollars on Craigslist, but really didn’t have an appreciation for Internet Marketing until 2007 when my Brother-in-Law, Brian “Koz” Kosobucki asked me to go to the World Internet Summit with him to help him speak at some upcoming events. WOW!!! I never knew that Internet Marketing was so broad. Since then, I have invested 100′s of thousands of dollars learning from many of the Globes top Internet Marketers. I can’t thank Brett McFall, Tom Hua, Steven Essa, Greg Jacobs, and many, many more for their time, effort, and energy helping me understand the ins and outs of the industry.

I’ve been fortunate to share some of the worlds largest stages teaching people how to automate manual processes and make money from Internet Marketing.

My speciality is Lead Generation, Niche Keyword Domination, Viral YouTube Traffic Generation, Facebook Monetization, Process Automation, Product Development, and Product Launching.

My wife has been pivotal to my success. Without her, I would not be where I am, today.

You are welcome to contact me. I do travel quite a bit, so there are times where it could take a week or more to respond. Believe it or not, I’ve been to Mongolia (between China and Russia) four times in 2011 and the Internet is not always easy to obtain:)

So you’ve been prospecting for leads and have found that it’s a long, hard process with sometimes very, very poor results. It can be extremely expensive, time consuming and believe me, a lot of hard work.

Let’s go back to the fundamentals, though. There are some basic steps that will help you get through the maze of Lead Generation:

1. Find People who actually want to Buy or Sell Stuff
The internet is a giant lead generation machine if you know how to use it.

2. Provide a Product / Service that people really want to Buy or Sell
Believe it or not, there are people who don’t have any product or service of their own that they are selling online. It’s amazing that the internet allows us to do this. Don’t be frustrated if you don’t have any idea. We’ll get to that later.

So once we have the above figured out, let’s go to the next steps:

1. Find targeted leads of potential customers to sell your products/services to
2. Find targeted leads for affiliate offers of yours
3. Build an opt-in e-mail list
4. Sell leads to other businesses
5. Send traffic to your websites
6. Build backlinks to your websites
7. Expose your websites, businesses, or services to interested parties all over the web

Let’s start with #1 and work our way down.

#1 – Find targeted leads of potential customers to sell your products/services to
Without “Lead Evolution”, you’ll need to rely on search engine traffic, PPC, or other direct forms of targeting potential buyers / sellers. This is what most people do. Search the following: Classified ad sites, forums, web sites, twitter, facebook, etc… looking for your customers. Some will post ads on classified sites, will twitter, post on blogs and websites to generate leads. While very time consuming this can be very lucrative. Once the prospects have been found, you’ll need to reach out to them. The most effective way is with an email describing what you do and what you are assuming they are trying to accomplish. Keep in mind, you can also be the middle man and provide a buyer to a seller and profit from either a fee from a seller or buyer or make the difference between the sale price and the cost.

#2 – Find Targeted Leads for Affiliate Offers of Yours
So you already heard about how you can market your own products/services (or those of others that you work a profit into), but perhaps an even easier way of making money with this is marketing products/services that you are an affiliate for to others with the leads you’ve already acquired. The idea behind this is relatively easy and similar to the previous section – you find the targeted leads and send them an e-mail with your affiliate offer.
The key here is to target the leads well and send them an affiliate link to something that they’d be interested in. If you don’t know much about affiliate marketing, it’s basically where you send traffic to an affiliate link of yours that takes your leads to a merchant’s site. If they make a purchase you, you usually get a percentage typically ranging from 3% to 15% for physical products and 25% to 75% for digital products. Linkshare, CommissionJunction, and ShareaSale are great affiliate networks with hundreds to thousands of merchants that you can sign up for as an affiliate (including several of the major stores and websites out there) for mostly physical products. However, Clickbank and Paydotcom are more common affiliate networks for digital products.
You can sign up for an affiliate offer, copy down your affiliate link, and start finding targeted leads with this software. You can target both direct leads (if someone is looking for an LCD tv, you can send them to your affiliate link to a store selling LCD tv’s at good prices) and indirect leads that are related (if someone is looking for an LCD tv, you can refer them to a guide on how to find the best deals on LCD tv’s).
You can even target “wanted” sections to see what products people want and either send them targeted affiliate offers directly or just send them an affiliate link to Amazon or Ebay and earn commissions off of that.
The possibilities here are nearly limitless. To maximize your earnings, you can even target affiliate programs that offer recurring commissions so that your income grows and grows without doing any more work. But let’s face it, not all of us are interested in directly selling our own products, marketing affiliate links, etc…

#3 – Build an Opt-In E-mail List
You’ve probably heard it a thousand times before – the money’s in the list. The hard part for most people is building that list. People have to pay a boatload in PPC costs, optimize your websites and hope for the best, etc.. Not something many of us look forward to doing or want to pay to have someone else do. In exactly the same way that you learned how to target leads in sections 1 and 2, you can target leads, send them e-mails, and have them opt-in for a free report or any other offer you might have.
The main difference here is that instead of selling them on something immediately, you can entice them in the e-mail they get to opt-in to your list for a related offer that they might want. For instance, if you sell a report on how to sell your car for the most money, you could target people currently selling their car. Or if someone is looking for products or help with their PPC campaigns, you can e-mail them about your free PPC guide if they just opt-in to your list. You could even look for people wanting to buy certain products and give away a free guide that talks about where to find those products for less (in exchange for a free sign-up).
Get creative and the possibilities won’t stop presenting themselves here. There are plenty of highly targeted leads that might get hundreds to even thousands of new posts/leads a day that you can find, so if even a small fraction of those ever end up opting into your list, that’s one heck of a list builder for you. And the best thing is that you can already pre-qualify them, as you know that they’re already interested in what you have to offer. You couldn’t ask for more, could you?

#4 – Sell Leads to Other Businesses
Okay, so you don’t have your own product, you don’t want to do affiliate marketing, and you don’t want to build a list. Most people at this point would say that you’re out of luck and can’t make any money. Not us! You can still make some serious money! One very overlooked business is the business of selling leads. All businesses can use extra leads. Who would turn down a list of potential customers? You can simply sell these leads to almost any business!

There are two ways to do this:
First, you could build opt-in e-mails lists for them. This requires the same steps that you learned about in the prior section. It can be a little work, but it can easily pay off. Did you know that some businesses are willing to pay between $20 and $100 or more for each lead?

Second is just sell them the targeted leads that you find without even building a list. What you do here is sell them the leads of the potential customers before e-mailing them. You could easily get thousands of leads a day for some companies this way, which many of them would be willing to pay for. And if you’re really clever, you could even find potential businesses looking to get more leads. Even if you don’t go this extra step, you could approach almost any business out there and ask if they’d be interested in working out a deal.
Some major markets could be real estate agents, dentists, salesmen (of just about any type of product), apartment rental companies, programming firms, etc… You could literally find them potential customers that they’d be more than happy to pay a premium price for. Many would even be willing to pay a monthly fee (instead of just per lead) for this service, so there’s a lot of room for some nice income potential.

#5 – Send Traffic to Your Websites
Who can’t use more highly targeted FREE traffic? Hundreds to thousands of visitors a day is cool and all, but probably not so much when you’re dishing out hundreds to thousands of dollars in PPC costs for it all.
You can use several of the same ideas that you’ve already learned here to send traffic to your sites. Simply target the leads, and instead of selling them on something or trying to get them to opt-in to your mailing list, simply send them to your website(s). Just make sure that your website(s) is targeted to what they’re talking about and offers something that they might need or want.
For instance, you could target people talking about LCD tv’s and send them to your site that gives advice and tips on LCD tv’s (and you can monetize your site however you wish to make money – whether it be selling something, affiliate marketing, Adsense, etc.). If you have a website but don’t know how to target your leads to it, try to think of what a potential visitor might be interested in and/or what solutions / information your site can offer and what type of person that would help (and what they’d be posting or talking about).
With a steady stream of leads each day, you can get some massive traffic to your sites without even having to worry about search engines or high priced PPC ads. So now you can open up a new, secret traffic source that will leave your competition baffled as to how you’re leaving them in the dust without having the need for any search engine rankings or PPC.

#6 – Build Backlinks to Your Websites
Okay, so maybe you care more about building up your website online instead of making some amazing money doing next to nothing without even the need for a website in many cases (can you sense the humor in that sarcasm?). Also you can use what you find to build backlinks to your website(s). This, in return, can help your website gain search engine rankings, more traffic, higher pagerank (PR), and ultimately more traffic too.
How do you do this? Well, there are two main ways of doing this. The first is to use the Yahoo Answers feature and search Yahoo Answers for questions related to your site(s). On Yahoo Answers, people ask questions while others reply with their answers. If you’ve done any searching on Google lately for just about anything, you’ve probably seen some questions and answers ranking really well.
If you get your answers posted here, you get two big benefits. Not only are you targeting potential customers asking about things related to your product or site, but you’re building backlinks to your site and getting traffic from the answer to your site immediately as well as over time (as more people find that question with your answer).
You can use our software to bring you new leads in Yahoo Answers which you can then reply to. Sure, it can take a little work writing a unique reply, but the benefits from it can really be worth it. You can search for leads on the classifieds sites to be able to gauge what the market might be in certain areas as well (perhaps you’ll see a huge interest for a certain product, or a lack of people advertising for another popular one). You can then use this information to even do your own posts in the classified sites with links to your site as well.

#7 – Expose Your Websites, Businesses, or Services to Interested Parties all over the Web
This last section goes hand in hand with several of the other sections. Give your sites or products extra exposure all over the web. Not only can you e-mail targeted leads, you can use features like Yahoo Answers to get your website(s) ranking in the search engines and bringing a steady flow of traffic over to your website(s). Additionally, you can create multiple websites very quickly and easily to dominate keywords in your niche. Their are companies who have 100′s of sites literally giving them an unfair advantage when it comes to driving traffic to their business.
You want to brand yourself and give you, your products, and your websites maximum exposure. When people hear about your site/product in their e-mail, see you ranking in search engines in places like Yahoo Answers, and see awesome offers to join your list, you’re bound to raise your product’s/site’s awareness and get a steady flow of potential customers.

Conclusion:
You’ve (hopefully) checked out this guide on how to make money generating leads for yourself or others. Remember, your goal is to find targeted lists of potential customers for you and putting you in touch with them.
The possibilities are nearly endless, and the potential of your business can be just as endless as well.
